MOYO’s pricing packages for Managed Salesforce services
Capacity utilised for support activities can vary from month to month and often require a multi-skilled team to support business users. The monthly fee is fixed for the duration of the contract, unless there is a request to increase or decrease the total capacity available. Actual capacity planned vs. consumed is tracked and reported monthly with unused capacity being “bankable” for the duration of the contract period. Banked capacity cannot be carried over to a renewal or new contract.
